Riverside Blues Festival Sponsorship
If you are being solicitated as a new sponsor, we appreciate
your interest in this years 2-day festivities.
On the following pages you will find the sponsorship levels
for this years event and what your company will receive as a
sponsor of this worthy event.
Please remember when choosing your desired sponsor level,
that this events proceeds go to help fund the many activities
and financial needs of The Murphysboro Park District, as well
as providing operational funds for the 2004 blues fest.
The Riverside Blues music and Arts festival is in its 10th year
in existence. The festival was formed in 1991 by Danny Ward,
then the Park Districts Director.
In the second year Joseph Glasser of OnStage Entertainment came aboard the operation by request of Danny Ward. Mr. Glasser has 24 years experience in entertainment and concert
event productions. Mr. Glasser has been active every year since his inception as a co-organizer and now executive producer; helping to raise funds from sponsors, booking entertainment, acquiring arts and crafts, food and beverage vendors, as well as organizing the entire events operations.
Mr. Glasser to this date continues to keep this worthy event
in operation in order to help the Park Districts financial needs,
as well as the continued attempts to bring thousands of tourist
dollars to the Murphysboro Business Community by keeping this event going for blues fans from around the country.
YOUR participation as a sponsor with financial help is
essential to the continued operations of this event. This years 2-day festivities has a estimated cost of $20,000.00 due to the increasing cost of advertising, national blues acts and support services. $15,000.00 of this estimate must be raised by June 20th to keep this event going.
If your company has a Public Relations or Marketing budget and can dedicate funds to financially help this worthy event,
PLEASE be generous in your choosing a sponsorship level, as your financial support is of great need and appreciated more than you can imagine.
We have had very generous sponsors in past years, and pray
that your company would choose to take part in this years event.
Please be advised that your sponsorship amount donated
will be kept "Strictly Confidential" if you choose, and your
company name will not be sold or given to any third party without your authorization.
