Wow, Mad Dog really knows his blues! I would add these to the list. Little Ed & The Blues Imperials, The Sauce Boss(you get excellent music and fed some great gumbo), Michael Burks, and of course you need to bring back Lew Jetton & 61 South.
Lil Ed and the Blues Imperials ! That is one hot ass group. I'd like to see them at any fest. They really do put on a great show.
(P.s. Thanks Blues from the "Android")
How about Tre' with the steep water blues band.
Planatery Blues, only 4 guys, a young college crowd type following. They absolutely rock

I agree, Little Ed is great. I saw him at the Hot August Festival in Ky. several years ago. One of the funniest things I've ever seen was Little Ed, who only about 5'3" tall, backstage talking to Big Mike Griffin (another one they should bring back to Riverside) who is 6'!0" and over 300 lbs. I was hoping they would jam together, but it didn't happen.
A few more I would like to see there are Blue Mother Tupelo, Janiva Magness, Miranda Louise, and the return of Lonnie Brooks, who I consider the best headliner they've had yet.
